DMC attend USPGA Merchandse Show 2010
DMC are once again making the long trip to Orlando at the end of January, in order to attend the annual USPGA Merchandise show in Orlando. The show is the worlds biggest, and DMC are visiting to have key meetings with their new US distributors and retailers.

Course Graphics on your Phone !
Industry and golfer anticipation is growing surrounding the Course Guide graphics that CaddyAid Mobile will soon be integrating into their version 2.1 of the software. Currently only GPS readouts are shown, but with the graphics simmilar to that created for the Open Championship golfers will have even more to show off to their friends who have other GPS devices.

I Phone for Golf GPS nearly ready
DMC can announce that the I Phone application that is so eagerly anticipated by golfers in both the UK as well as the USA is in its final stages of completion, and as one Director of the company says "looking awesome". The I Phone application called Golf GPS i, shows a photograph of the hole being played complete with live GPS readings to both the feature and the distance from that same feature to the green.

Bumper Christmas period for web sales of Caddyaid Mobile
Christmas started early for DMC, owners of CaddyAid Mobile, as from November sales increased 42% based year on year from the same period 2008. David Morris, Managing Director of the company said "we were very happy by the increase in sales naturally, although not fully unexpected, given the high costs of the other GPS devices out there, once awareness grew, we were hoping it would be the catalyst to increased sales, and are very glad to say that indeed was the case.

UK Retailers are taking advantage of the CaddyAid Mobile (CAM) system and how it is implemented into their store or pro shop. By having no upfront costs, and only being invoiced after the slales are made, CAM is making an impression on how retailers stock GPS systems.

CAM version 2 launched
Version 2 of the caddyAid Mobile Golf GPS software has gone live, and already had extreemly positive feedback from club golfers and pros alike. Using a new screen layout, showing all the hazards, as well as a dynamic green display with large fonts, the application works on a plethora of modern phones.

CaddyAid Mobile coming to the iPhone
The Directors of DMC are pleased to announce, that the Open Championship at Turnberry Scotland in July, will see the unveiling of their newest platform in the world of golf distance guides and GPS. Extending their current range of devices from the existing Sony, Motorola, Blackberry, Nokia and Samsung, the new iPhone will be a very welcome addition to the thousands of golfers who have requested the application since CaddyAid Mobile went live in January 2009.

Welsh winner at Turnberry
Although we watched the Open at Turnberry with baited breath as to who would lift the claret jug, besides the eventual winner of Stewart Cink, the spoils could equally be shared with a Welsh company who once again provided spectators both on and off the course a real insight to what is the worlds greatest golfing event.

Course Guide texting a Turnberry Triumph
As was well publicised, the course guide for Turnberry was made available to people free of charge, simply by texting the word Golf to 82727. As expected the uptake was significant, and only proved the Directors faith in the new emerging technology of which DMC are the trailblazers, allowing a modern replacement to expensive paper based course guides, getting exactly the same information but to your mobile for a fraction of the price.

Paul Casey and Nike approve of Open Guide
After the hard work of designing the course guide for the Open Championship, which was handed out free of charge at the event, world number three golfer Paul Casey, his management and Nike Golf Europe praised the guide, how it looked, its design and overall content.

Padraig and Rory request guides for Loch Erne Challenge
During the Open last week, Padraig Harrington was made aware that DMC were in possession of all course details for the newly launched Loch Erne course in Enniskillen, where he was playing in the Challenge against Rory McIlroy just a few days after the final putt was sunk by Steward Cink last Sunday.

CaddyAid at Loch Erne Golf Resort
DMC and CaddyAid are pleased to announce that they have been asked to take all readings and measurements at the highly prestigious new venue in Enniskillen, namely Loch Erne Golf Resort. Designed by Nick Faldo, complete with its 5 star hotel, the venue will open in July, after the Loch Erne Challenge, where only two players compete, triple major winner Padraig Harrington, and the worlds most exciting new talent Rory McIlroy.
