My Account

Once you have registered with CaddyAid Mobile you will be able to access your account. Your account homepage shows a summary of your personal details, your account status as well as the courses currently available to you in your course portfolio and any outstanding course requests.

Update My Details

It is important that your keep your details up to date. In order to receive communication such as confirmation of your course requests or news about the lastest software upgrades we ask that you pay particular attention to your email address and mobile telephone number.

Change My Password

Your password must be known only to you, changing it frequently and keeping it secret ensures that only you have access to your CaddyAid Mobile services. Regularly using the ‘Change my Password’ facility will help to keep your account secure.

If you forget your password, using the ‘Forgotten my Password’ link on the ‘Sign In’ page will reset your password. You will receive an email to the address with which you registered containing your new password. Use this password to login on your next visit. You may then change your password to something more memorable.

NOTE - Due to Data Protection, we are not allowed to know your password details,

My Order History

You can refer to all of your orders through 'My Order History'. Your history will give you a brief summary of each order you have placed, displaying the unique order number, the date that the order was placed and the products that are included in the order. Viewing more details will show the billing and shipping addresses.

Add a Course

Adding a course to your portfolio makes it available for immediate download via your mobile phone. Search for a course of your choice by entering the golf course name in to the search bar and clicking Go. A list of courses matching your search criterea will be returned. Click on the name of your desired course.

You will be asked to confirm your choice. Select ‘Yes’ to add this course to your portfolio or ‘No’ to cancel.To physically download your new updated list of courses, go to 'My Account' and select the 'Download Software' button.

In the event that the course you selected is currently unavailable, you will be asked if you would like to make a course request. By receiving a request for a course we will allocate it a space in our conversion queue and have it ready for you as soon as possible.

When a course becomes available you it will be automatically added to your course portfolio ready for you to download. You will also be notified by email that the course has been added to your portfolio.

My Courses

'My Courses' shows a complete list of courses that your have in your course portfolio at that time. Courses in your portfolio are available for download by clicking 'Download Software' from within the 'My Account' section.

My Course Requests

If you have tried to add a course which is not currently available, the likelyhood is that you have requested this course for conversion.

My course requests displays each course request that you have outstanding. This list comprises of the course name, and the status of your request and the date that the request was made.
